In terms of the structural work, the choice of materials focused on a technically sound solution: the structure incorporates 4,861 m&sup2; of low-carbon concrete. This approach enables emissions to be kept below 169.80 kg CO₂/m&sup2;, ensuring a robust structure whilst optimising the building&rsquo;s carbon footprint in line with current technical and environmental requirements.

These properties are built using Green Stone technology, developed by the Giorgetti Group, specialists in the prefabrication of walls using Poroton&reg; blocks. This natural brick material incorporates insulation directly into the structure: rot-proof and fireproof, it eliminates the need to add external insulation, while preserving the aesthetics and durability of the fa&ccedil;ades.
Inside, underfloor heating and triple glazing ensure optimum comfort in all seasons. Heating and hot water production are provided by an air-to-water heat pump, a solution that is both efficient and environmentally friendly.

Due to start in September 2023, the Clay and Silt residences (built for the local authority) are the most advanced. The finishing work is in full swing. Inside, the partitions are ready, the screeds have been poured, and tiling and flooring work has begun. On the outside, the carpentry has been completed, the fa&ccedil;ade work is under way, the exterior joinery has been installed and the sculpted window frames - an elegant signature of the development - are being installed.
As for the Gravel and Sand residences, they were launched in July and the structural work is already nearing completion. With just four flats each, our residences offer a peaceful place to live on a human scale. From one- or two-bedroom flats to three- or four-bedroom duplexes, all homes have their own outdoor space: a garden for exclusive use on the ground floor and a terrace upstairs.
