This natural brick material incorporates insulation directly into the structure: rot-proof and fireproof, it eliminates the need to add external insulation, while preserving the aesthetics and durability of the façades.

Inside, underfloor heating and triple glazing ensure optimum comfort in all seasons. Heating and hot water production are provided by an air-to-water heat pump, a solution that is both efficient and environmentally friendly.
