Bold contrasts, prime location.
In the heart of the vibrant Luxembourg-Gasperich district, our turnkey OMEGA.V project is taking shape. This 70-unit residential development has been designed to combine high-quality materials, urban comfort and sustainable design.
With its contemporary façade, OMEGA.V boasts an aesthetic that is both understated and refined. The natural stone lends the residence its elegance, enhanced by the interplay of contrasts between the soft tones of Moca Crème and the darker accents of Néro Angola.
Life in a mix
Designed as a multifunctional living space, OMEGA.V seamlessly combines commercial and residential areas.
The building thus accommodates its various functions across six above-ground floors. The ground floor features retail space and direct access to 1,420 m² of bright, flexible office space. On the upper floors, the 70 residential units, ranging from studios to three-bedroom flats, mostly feature balconies or terraces. Practicality is not overlooked, with two basement levels housing 76 parking spaces, storage rooms and bicycle storage facilities.
In the right place at the right time
Situated on Route d’Esch, OMEGA.V stands out in the heart of bustling Gasperich.
This prime location offers a prime showcase for commercial spaces, whilst ensuring residents have direct access to the heart of the capital. A prime location where the flow of city life becomes part of everyday comfort.
The structural work is now complete and our teams are fully focused on the finishing touches. For the apartments still available for sale, our interior designers have created refined interiors, combining simplicity with elegance.

Heavy construction, light footprint.
The completion of this project reflects Félix Giorgetti’s comprehensive expertise in turnkey projects.
In terms of the structural work, the choice of materials focused on a technically sound solution: the structure incorporates 4,861 m² of low-carbon concrete. This approach enables emissions to be kept below 169.80 kg CO₂/m², ensuring a robust structure whilst optimising the building’s carbon footprint in line with current technical and environmental requirements.
