Seizing opportunities

Our Asset Management department is constantly on the lookout for project opportunities and brings its expertise throughout the life cycle of an asset. It begins with the assessment of the financial feasibility and profitability of a potential project. During the development phase, it takes care of financing, accounting, risk management as well as legal aspects, compliance, financial and administrative reports. And finally, when construction is completed, it provides building and facility management, rental management and administrative services.
