This natural brick material incorporates insulation directly into the structure: rot-proof and fireproof, it eliminates the need to add external insulation, while preserving the aesthetics and durability of the fa&ccedil;ades.
Inside, underfloor heating and triple glazing ensure optimum comfort in all seasons. Heating and hot water production are provided by an air-to-water heat pump, a solution that is both efficient and environmentally friendly.

Due to start in September 2023, the Clay and Silt residences (built for the local authority) are the most advanced. The finishing work is in full swing. Inside, the partitions are ready, the screeds have been poured, and tiling and flooring work has begun. On the outside, the carpentry has been completed, the fa&ccedil;ade work is under way, the exterior joinery has been installed and the sculpted window frames - an elegant signature of the development - are being installed.
As for the Gravel and Sand residences, they were launched in July and the structural work is already nearing completion. With just four flats each, our residences offer a peaceful place to live on a human scale. From one- or two-bedroom flats to three- or four-bedroom duplexes, all homes have their own outdoor space: a garden for exclusive use on the ground floor and a terrace upstairs. So you can fully enjoy the sunny days in a unique setting.

In Bascharage, at the heart of our new Am Leem development, construction of the four homes is continuing.

Particular care is taken with document storage conditions. Temperature and humidity will be regulated at all times to ensure a stable environment. In addition, specific fire prevention and surveillance systems will be put in place.
A tight schedule
After a meticulous preparation phase, the first concreting works began in March 2025 and will be completed in September. Once again, we are proud to be able to demonstrate our expertise by meeting a demanding set of specifications, while at the same time rising to the challenge of an ambitious schedule and meeting the needs of the French government.

With delivery scheduled for March 2026, the main challenge lies in keeping to a tight schedule.

Creating a stable environment

The building is made of reinforced concrete with galvanised steel cladding.

Launched last October, this project represents a gross surface area of 6,800 m2 and is built around a basement level, a ground floor and three upper floors designed to optimise the storage of documents and furniture.
Appropriate technical choices
The building rests on 72 piles 14 m deep, capable of supporting exceptional loads of up to 1,000 kg/m2 - well above the usual 350 kg/m2.
The entire structure of the building is made of reinforced concrete, including the roof, and the fa&ccedil;ade will be clad in painted galvanised steel. To ensure energy efficiency, photovoltaic panels will be installed on the roof. The ground floor, which will house a number of offices, has a high ceiling height of 4.60 m, providing ample storage capacity. The infrastructure also includes 32,000 m of mobile shelving on the upper floors and a custom-built forklift lift.
