Monza crosses the finish line
At Wickrange, the opening of GRIDX is approaching: Monza is finalising its 50 flats for January 2025, while Daytona will deliver its 60 homes in early 2026.
Wickrange is buzzing with activity. With just a few months to go before the opening of GRIDX, the two neighbouring residences present a contrasting picture.
At Monza, our Housing teams are carrying out the final alterations to the 50 flats, with a view to handing over the keys to the first residents in January 2025.

As for Daytona, the shell was completed last June and the finishing work is now in full swing. The 60 flats will be delivered in early 2026.
The outskirts are taking shape
The road between GRIDX and the residences is now taking shape, with the first asphalts laid, while the forecourt linking the two buildings is already being adorned with paving stones and Green Stone concrete planters.
As for the surroundings, they are beginning to take shape: the first asphalt mixes have been laid on the road between GRIDX and the residences, and landscaping is under way in front of Monza.
