What is the role of the after-sales service?

At Félix Giorgetti, delivering a project does not mean the end of a mission, but the beginning of a long-term commitment to our customers. We offer personalised support once the keys have been handed over, and monitor the two-year and ten-year warranties. Our role is to guarantee the quality and longevity of our projects, which is why we prefer to talk about Customer Service rather than After Sales Service - without changing its primary mission.

What are the pillars of Customer Service? 

Responsiveness and expertise, without hesitation. I've been working at Félix Giorgetti for over 20 years. Today, the team includes two qualified technicians with 10 years' experience in the construction industry. Together, we have complementary skills in finishing work, general contracting and structural work. Incidentally, we all graduated from the same school, even though we're from different generations! For administrative management, we rely on our technical secretary, and we also have a team of multi-tasking workers to support us.

How important is customer satisfaction to your service? 

It's at the heart of our approach. Responding to our customers and being there for them is the leitmotiv of our customer relations. On a day-to-day basis, all requests are recorded within a day, and we are committed to dealing with them as quickly as possible. Our main asset is continuous improvement thanks to our integrated value chain and the convenience of our technical services.

Spring is here. Do you have any tips to share with our readers on how to maintain their homes?

At the start of the season, take the opportunity to organise the cleaning of roof gutters, downpipes and, if necessary, the roof covering. All terrace drains, including overflows and courtyards, should be checked.
