Direction Strassen, where Kuhn Construction is developing and building Domus, an elegant residence of 14 flats in the heart of the Rue des Romains, parallel to the Route d'Arlon.

Like its name, the architecture of the Domus residence is inspired by the Roman civilisation that once occupied the site, with its straight lines and light-coloured stone facade. The building, which has a lift, comprises 14 flats with 1 to 3 bedrooms, spread over four levels (ground floor and three upper floors), with the top floor set back slightly. Each flat has its own outside space - a terrace and garden on the ground floor and a terrace or balcony on the upper floors - so you can make the most of the space. With the aim of offering quality living spaces that are a pleasure to live in, our architects have designed interiors with optimised volumes and selected quality materials designed to last. The residence also includes two basement levels with bike storage, 14 cellars and 24 motorised parking spaces.
