To mark the opening of the 2024 edition of Home Expo, Marc Giorgetti and Roland Kuhn had the honour of welcoming HRH the Grand Duke to our stand, accompanied by Claude Meisch (Minister for Housing and Spatial Planning) and Fernand Ernster (President of the Chamber of Commerce).
We were very proud to present our residential projects to them, as well as 'Building Legacy', our real estate signature, symbolising our passion for construction and our commitment to excellence.

Its best feature

A bird's eye view of the Daytona and Monza residences currently under construction.

It is in this ultra-dynamic backdrop that the Monza and Daytona residences, named after two of the world's most famous motor racing circuits, have been created. They comprise 50 and 65 apartments respectively, all with outdoor space.
From studios to three-bedrooms, their ideally laid-out spaces will offer warm, pleasant living spaces. Drawing on our expertise in project development, we have partnered with ASBL ADAPTH to design six apartments specially adapted for people with reduced mobility.
Delivery is scheduled for 2025 for Monza and 2026 for Daytona.

In Wickrange, a charming community just a few minutes southwest of the capital, Félix Giorgetti is building GRIDX, a multi-experience destination that will bring together craft, hotel, event, office, leisure and art activities around a passion for mobility.

The Daytona and Monza residences are being built by Felix Giorgetti in partnership with ASBL ADAPTH, a non-profit association for people with reduced mobility in Wickrange, Luxembourg.

Its best feature?

Am Leem development under construction, from the air.

Construction of our Am Leem development in Bascharage, southwestern Luxembourg, began in September 2023. This new residential development is set in the tranquility of the new Rue des Pr&eacute;s, and will comprise 20 houses (marketing to follow) and four residences (Gravel, Sand, Clay and Silt) currently under construction.
A zinc roof contrasting with the light, warm rendered facade, natural stone cladding... For this development, we have designed homes with a modern, welcoming architecture that blends perfectly into their surroundings. A charming place to live!
From one- or two-bedroom apartments to three- or four-bedroom duplexes, our teams have designed each home with the utmost care to ensure an exceptional quality of life for its residents. Some will also be sold at a moderate price.
First deliveries are scheduled for late 2025.

The "Am Leem" development consists of 20 semi-detached houses and three 4-apartment residences, including two low-cost residences.
