Renewal of our certifications

In 2024, Félix Giorgetti is proud to renew its ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certifications, a success that testifies to our ongoing commitment to quality, environmental protection and safety in the workplace.

In May and October 2024, Félix Giorgetti was audited by Escem as part of the renewal of its certifications.

For the ISO 9001 (quality) certification, the departments concerned were Structural Works, Civil Engineering (engineering structures, roadworks and various networks, earthworks), as well as the Housing and Functional Buildings sectors. This year, we also extended our quality approach to include the Design Office, for project management and property development.

In terms of safety (ISO 45001), we have renewed the standards for the Structural Works, Civil Engineering, Housing and Functional Buildings departments. They were also involved in monitoring ISO 14001 certification (environment).

No non-conformities according to the auditors

Among the strong points highlighted:

  • Continuing to digitalise the company, with the implementation of tools for managing worksites, recruitment, health and safety at work, and internal organisation
  • Transfer forms from the Submission department to the worksites, incorporating an analysis of risks and opportunities
  • The appointment of a safety delegate, who makes weekly visits to worksites, participates in the drafting of methodological sheets, leads awareness-raising meetings (toolbox meetings) and analyses accidents
  • The introduction of a telephone hotline with Pétillances, to provide support for employees facing psychosocial problems
  • The use of the Crédit réforme to assess and manage financial risks
  • Systematic assessment of all site staff, including temporary workers
  • The publication of an annual summary table to monitor tenders and acquisitions.

A true pride

This renewal confirms the rigour of our processes and the solidity of our management.

These results reflect our ongoing efforts to offer our employees a safe and pleasant working environment, while guaranteeing our customers quality services and reducing the environmental impact of our activities.

This success encourages us to continue along this path and to define new objectives for the future. These include maintaining our ISO certifications in 2025, obtaining the ‘Made in Lux’ label, and finalising our Carbon Footprint.
