Strengthening links with the field
Tuesday 15 October saw another in a series of on-site breakfasts. This time, the Pontpierre civil engineering team was invited to the GRIDX premises next door, which are currently under construction.
The aim of this morning meeting? To encourage exchanges between employees working on the various sites, management, human resources and staff representatives during a convivial moment.
This initiative follows on from the satisfaction survey carried out two years ago by Pétillances.

Concrete actions
The meeting gave rise to some very interesting discussions, which will prove very useful in the future.
While the results were very positive - revealing a general sense of well-being among our employees and strong support for our family values - the survey also highlighted the need for greater dialogue between the field and management.
At the breakfast, Paul Giorgetti and Claude Rach, Deputy Administrative and Commercial Director, presented the results of the survey and the concrete measures deployed: suggestion boxes installed both on worksites and at our head office, the distribution of water bottles by name to everyone in order to reduce our plastic waste, the renewal of work clothes, small tools and investment in equipment maintenance, and the introduction of accident insurance for personal and professional accidents, both in Luxembourg and abroad.
