A new warehouse for WDP in Contern
The Belgian group has entrusted Félix Giorgetti with the construction of a 15,000 m2 logistics hall in Contern, next to the Findel airport
One year of work was needed to build the platform, the networks and the outdoor facilities. With a total area of 15,000 m², the building is divided into two cells.
The first, of 6,000 m², has been delivered to the client at the end of February to allow its tenant, DB Schenker, to start operating the site.
To date, all that remains is to finalize the placement of topsoil as well as the installation of fences and entrance gates. The work of the second unit will be done in a second time.
