The elegant Moonlight
Félix Giorgetti has built a new building on the route d'Arlon in Luxembourg-City that offers a 9.500m2 extra space to the CSSF
Located on route d'Arlon in Luxembourg, the Moonlight building has 9,500m2 of office space. To allow the CSSF (Luxembourg financial regulator) to move into the premises and communicate with the neighboring building, which it also occupies, Félix Giorgetti created a glazed walkway with a metal supporting frame.
The Moonlight building offers more than 9,500m2 of office space on 5 floors, as well as half of the basement on -1 as a kitchen and dining area. It has 4 stairwells, 2 elevators and 2 freight elevators. It also has a glazed walkway with metal supporting frame (13.5m long and 2.8m wide) connecting levels +2 and + 3 of the neighboring building, also occupied by the CSSF. It has 70 underground parking spaces.
