This complex of two buildings has 131 apartments and a common basement where the utility rooms (cellars, laundry and bicycle rooms) are located, as well as a two-level parking lot with 160 spaces. As a real living space, the ground floor also includes eight shops, among them a 1,200 m² supermarket.

For this residential real estate project, our teams devised a strong identity by using the conventions of contemporary architecture with clean lines that fits perfectly into its urban environment.

Livingstone's angular, black mineral facade creates a truly upscale impression on the street side. The atmosphere changes on the courtyard side: the white, luminous facade opens up the spaces and hosts a green roof.

The identity and quality of the project can be seen in the smallest details. At the entrance to the buildings, the signage follows the Livingstone model with angular, black metal numbers. This signage is also used inside for floor and apartment numbers. Particular attention has been paid to the choice of colours (warm) and materials (quality and durability) of the common spaces to welcome residents and visitors in the best conditions.

On the residential side, the buildings have 131 units ranging in size from 43 to 62m². Our architects suggested our clients adopt warm, loft-inspired and functional interiors for the well-being of their occupants. This is why each unit has an exterior access, a balcony or a terrace.

Félix Giorgetti is especially proud of this new residence. It is the fruit of the collaborative work of all departments, from its design to its promotion, marketing, construction, finishing and handing over of the keys to the buyers. This perfect synergy made it possible to carry out the project under ideal conditions.

Livingstone is challenging in many ways. This is actually the first time that Félix Giorgetti has delivered so many apartments at the same time. The Covid-19 pandemic slowed the construction work and interrupted it for several weeks. However, this did not alter the motivation of our teams, who redoubled their efforts and delivered the residence three months ahead of schedule! A fine example of the expertise and coordination of all our internal skills.
