The Waves unveils its warm oxidised shades
With its asymmetrical volumes, elegantly curved lines and double envelope combining glass and Corten steel, The Waves is the flagship project of our Media Bay estate in Kirchberg.
Designed by the prestigious Luxembourg firm HVP Valentiny Architects, our office building continues to reveal its bold architecture with the installation of its Corten steel façade, the project's true signature.
Launched just before the summer break, the installation of the 120 tonnes of Corten spandrel panels is progressing apace: already completed on the four-storey building, it is gradually revealing its warm oxidised hues on the seven-storey building.
Inside, the 14,000 m2 are beginning to take shape. They will be entirely custom-built to provide future tenants with modern, bright, functional and sustainable workspaces that meet the requirements of BREEAM Excellent and Well Gold certifications.
