In Steinfort, a peaceful commune in south-west Luxembourg on the border with Belgium, Felix Giorgetti and Kuhn Construction developed Les Champs du Soleil in 2016, a new mixed-use development is a new neighbourhood of 450 homes set in an idyllic setting.
This ambitious, large-scale project is being carried out in three phases, with the construction of 28 residences and 13 houses. The first phase has been completed, and the second is underway. The third phase will comprise a further 9 homes.
