GRIDX in the starting-blocks
With just a few months to go before its opening, GRIDX is bubbling over with energy and creativity. Between the final adjustments, and the teams in its various areas of activity fully mobilised to bring to life the many projects that are on the horizon... here's a taste of what's going on behind the scenes...
The place to be
While the 133-room hotel, managed by Cycas, and the business centre are already booking up, the events department has already made a name for itself. GRIDX has hosted a number of prestigious events in Luxembourg, including Wonderfair in September (organised by Premium magazine, dedicated to luxury objects and cars) and a collaboration between GIOLABS - GRIDX's artistic division - and the Bright Moments gallery for an immersive experience combining AI-generated art and blockchain technology, held in November during Luxembourg Art Week.
On the office side, renowned companies such as Total Energies and Circle K have
the keys to their future premises. The Luxembourg School of Hotel Management and Tourism, based in Diekirch, has also announced that it will be opening its southern campus here in September, where it will be able to train up to 250 students. We can already imagine the synergies generated with the 2,500 m2 food hall and the top-of-the-range restaurant that will be operated by Concept&Partners, a member of the Giorgetti group.
Be part of it
GRIDX is also an ecosystem of 60 craft and commercial rental spaces, bringing together an exclusive selection of services and products.
The company will include Car Protect Center (which has specialised in car detailing and services for private customers and dealers for 28 years), Burotrend (a furniture expert for private individuals and professionals) and Bentley Luxembourg. These are companies with strong local roots, who share the values of GRIDX and are very enthusiastic about being part of this adventure.
"This will be a new meeting point where we can promote all our activities. As a major player in Luxembourg, we didn't want to miss out on this opportunity", says Terry Niesen, Executive Officer at Burotrend. For Pascal Faber, Managing Director of Bentley Luxembourg, GRIDX will make it possible to "bring together our two sales and after-sales service departments in one place, so that we can respond better and faster to our customers' needs. They will also be able to visit the centre. In a place like GRIDX, which promotes automotive passion, it was obvious that Bentley Luxembourg should be present".
A number of commercial, industrial and office rental opportunities are still available. Stay tuned, we've got plenty more news in store about the exciting world of GRIDX!
