Daytona and Monza, a new dynamic
In Wickrange, a charming community just a few minutes southwest of the capital, Félix Giorgetti is building GRIDX, a multi-experience destination that will bring together craft, hotel, event, office, leisure and art activities around a passion for mobility.
It is in this ultra-dynamic backdrop that the Monza and Daytona residences, named after two of the world's most famous motor racing circuits, have been created. They comprise 50 and 65 apartments respectively, all with outdoor space.
From studios to three-bedrooms, their ideally laid-out spaces will offer warm, pleasant living spaces. Drawing on our expertise in project development, we have partnered with ASBL ADAPTH to design six apartments specially adapted for people with reduced mobility.
Delivery is scheduled for 2025 for Monza and 2026 for Daytona.
Its best feature
The magnificent planted forecourt linking the two buildings is an ideal place for residents to meet and socialize. Monza and Daytona are also within easy reach of the A4 freeway - an ideal location !
