A Great Success at Home Expo

A fantastic edition of Home Expo, filled with conversations and new connections! From 8 to 11 October, our teams at Félix Giorgetti and Kuhn Construction welcomed many visitors to their stand at Luxexpo The Box in Kirchberg. Four days to showcase our new property developments in Luxembourg, answer prospective buyers’ questions and help them move forward with their plans.

Throughout the exhibition, our teams were delighted to present our available properties, upcoming developments and the support we provide, from design through to handing over the keys.

“Home Expo is a valuable opportunity to speak directly with visitors, introduce our projects, showcase our expertise and the different aspects of our work, and explain our approach to quality, from design and the start of construction through to completion,” says Valérie Fazzari, Head of Sales at Félix Giorgetti. “Visitors come to us for advice and support at every stage of their property journey. Some have already bought several properties from us and return to our stand every year, sometimes simply to catch up. We’re always pleased to see them again, and their loyalty reflects the trust that develops over time.”

The opening day also featured a visit from H.R.H. Grand Duke Guillaume and Claude Meisch, Minister for Housing. Marc Giorgetti, Managing Partner, and Günter Hormisch, Development Director at Kuhn Construction, gave them an exclusive preview of several new projects.

Housing support: visitors seek greater clarity

Interest in buying property remains strong, despite continued uncertainty. Discussions on the stand focused in particular on the support measures for property purchases and investment announced by the government.

“Several visitors expressed uncertainty about the lack of clear information on these measures and how they will be implemented. They want to better understand the eligibility criteria and the practical impact on their budget so they can move forward with their plans,” explains Valérie Fazzari. “Our teams also noted a growing number of international visitors, while discussions highlighted sustained demand for apartments and houses close to Luxembourg City. Smaller residential developments are particularly popular with visitors looking for peaceful surroundings, comfort and ease of everyday living.”

New developments unveiled

One of the highlights of the year, Home Expo also provides an opportunity to unveil new residential opportunities and offer a preview of upcoming developments. This year’s edition showcased several projects by Félix Giorgetti and Kuhn Construction:

  • Stella, within the Media Bay development in Kirchberg;

  • Wimbledon, in Belair, the first residence in the future Arquebusier district;

  • Riva, the future mixed-use district in Mersch;

  • Via Vinia, in Remich, featuring houses and a villa;

  • Bel-Air houses, in Strassen;

  • Op Pelgert houses, in Oberanven.

These developments reflect the diversity of our portfolio, ranging from urban residences to houses, all sharing the same ambition: to create living spaces that meet the expectations and lifestyles of every individual.
