Building the connections of tomorrow

We are heading to the Dippach-Gare bypass, where construction has begun thanks to the dedication of our teams.
Challenge won
In Reckange-sur-Mess, Félix Giorgetti's teams have completed work on the Dippach-Gare bypass.
One of the major challenges our teams faced last year on this project was the construction of the covered trench along a complex curved trajectory using an unusual method known as “mole” excavation.
Thanks to their expertise, the structural work was successfully completed.
The main elements of this project include a 2.2 km bypass road, including a 125 m covered trench, an agricultural overpass, two roundabouts, a T-junction, a footbridge for soft mobility, the construction of cycle paths, and the restoration of agricultural roads.
Easier mobility for agricultural machinery
In Reckange-sur-Mess, a new structure has been built to make life easier for all users: pedestrians, cyclists, residents, and farmers. With its generous dimensions—15.75 m wide—it provides a comfortable and safe passageway, even for agricultural machinery. Now fully completed with its asphalt surface and access ramps, it is open to traffic.
Sustainable mobility at the heart of the action
A new mixed metal and concrete footbridge will strengthen the soft transport links between Reckange and Dippach-Gare. Measuring 85 m long and 3 m wide, it will span the road to provide pedestrians and cyclists with a safe and comfortable crossing. Its design combines strength and elegance, with a metal structure complemented by reinforced concrete elements.
A retention basin with a capacity of 370 m² has been constructed to collect runoff from the road. Thanks to a regulation system, flow rates are controlled to ensure the safety of the construction site and the environment. The excess is then redirected to the stream, ensuring responsible and sustainable water management.
