Precision logistics in the heart of the city

Work on the hospital construction site is progressing at a good pace.

The initial work on networks and outdoor facilities has begun, as has the construction of the new CHL pharmacy.

The tasks entrusted to our teams have expanded. They are now responsible not only for the technical coordination of the work, but also for the complete logistical management of the site: installation and organization of storage containers, setting up the base camp, supervising security, and planning deliveries according to the “just in time” principle.

This task is made all the more complex by the fact that the space available on site is particularly limited, requiring rigorous organization, constant communication, and perfect synchronization between all those involved in the project.
