We develop this project of ± 3,900m2 SGP (large plateau area) of offices, on a plot of ± 3,900m2 located at the entrance to the city, just 10 minutes from the city center of Luxembourg.

The building is distributed over 6 levels: 4 office levels and one  level on the ground floor in order to perfectly adjust the building to the ergonomics of the land.

The project also includes a comfortable number of 147 parking spaces.
