This prestigious office building with a very modern architecture, designed by the architect firm Valentiny, is located in the business district of Kirchberg in Luxembourg, close to the motorways, downtown Luxembourg and all amenities.
At the initiative of this project and promoter of the Media Bay area of which The Waves is part of, Félix Giorgetti is responsible for the development and turnkey construction of this 14,500 m2 building (gross floor area).
With its Corten facade, and its extravagant shapes, it will become a real landmark building, and enhance your brand image.

A wave of well-being
The Waves is a building made up of two blocks which meeting point forms a green atrium that bathes the structure in light.
Flexible space planning
The two parts are organised, on the one hand, by a common base regrouping the ground floor and four floors and, on the other hand, a tower with three additional floors for a total of 8 floors. An asymmetrical organisation of spaces which makes it ideal to create workspaces adapted to the needs of its occupants. This architectural choice brings natural light into as many offices as possible.
Functionnal basements
The building is based on a two-level basement which hosts the technical rooms and parking spaces. This part is accessible from the southwestern facade via the service located parallel to the Pierre Frieden boulevard.
Bright and impressive entrance
The main entrance is located on rue Lucien Thiel, on the north-eastern facade, slightly set back at the junction of the two parts of the building. Upon entering its enclosure, it is the wide open spaces, light and greenery offered by the atrium that will impress occupants and visitors, offering a unique sensory experience and a wave of well-being.

On the education side, there is an early and primary school, the European school and the University of Luxembourg.
A stone’s throw from Luxembourg-Findel airport, the Kirchberg is served by numerous bus lines, a tram line and the Pfaffenthal-Kirchberg funicular.
